Attending the 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC)

This week, ASE’s CEO, Andrés Cifuentes, had the opportunity to attend the prestigious 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Milan, Italy. Hosted by the Italian Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIDAA), the IAC is a global gathering of space industry leaders, researchers, and enthusiasts.

The IAC serves as a platform for showcasing the latest advancements in space technology and fostering collaboration among industry professionals. This year’s event was particularly significant, as it provided a unique opportunity to connect with key players in the space sector and explore potential partnerships.
Our CEO took the chance to have in-depth discussions with attendees and to present some of our groundbreaking New Space products, such as:
- DRAGO2 SWIR objective for Cubesat: a space camera operating in the shortwave infrared designed for Earth observation which is currently in orbit. This innovative camera offers exceptional performance and reliability for small satellite missions.
- MORERA remote sensing: Combining the power of Artificial Intelligence and satellite imagery, MORERA provides valuable insights for Agriculture by monitoring efficient irrigation.
It’s been a great opportunity to connect with everyone who visited our booth. Even the astronaut MIMI visited ASE!
Attending the IAC has been invaluable and it has allowed us to:
